Privacy Policy

The short version

I only collect what you choose to send me, I use it to reply to you and talk about your website, and I never sell your information. That's it.

What I collect

Contact form: your name, email, business name, website (optional) and your message.

Booking a call: when you schedule through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give on the booking form, and shares them with me so we can meet.

Basic site analytics: anonymous page-view data (which pages are visited, referring site, rough location by country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

Why I collect it

To answer your questions, schedule and hold our call, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and understand which pages of this site are useful. I don't send marketing newsletters, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

Who helps me process it

A few service providers handle data on my behalf to make the site work:

• Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
• Google (Gmail) is where those messages arrive and where I reply from.
• Calendly runs the booking calendar. Calendly may set its own cookies when you use the booking widget; see Calendly's privacy policy for details.

These providers only use your information to provide their service. I never sell your information, and I don't share it with advertisers.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The only cookies you might see come from Calendly's booking widget. Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting doesn't change anything here because there's no cross-site tracking to turn off.

How long I keep it

Messages and booking details stay in my email and calendar for as long as they're useful for our work together, and I delete them when you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time. Just send a message through the contact form and say what you'd like done. California residents have these rights under California law, and I extend them to everyone.

Kids

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If anything here changes (a new form field or a new service provider, for example), I'll update this page and the effective date below.
